International Customers

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and DTDC International. For any cross-border query — shipping timelines, customs or duties — please email hello@priyaodisha.com or call us. Please note that import duties and taxes levied at the destination country are payable by the customer and are not included in our shipping charge. As set out in our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, except where legally unavoidable for a genuine manufacturing defect.

A Note on Handloom

Every Priyadarshini Handloom saree and fabric is handwoven by skilled artisans of Odisha. Slight irregularities in weave, minor slubs, and small natural variations in colour or motif are inherent characteristics of authentic handloom and are not defects. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt and work to resolve it within 30 days. A reference number is issued for each complaint so that you can track its status with us.
