Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Priyadarshini Handloom. We know how eagerly a handwoven saree or dress material is awaited, and we are committed to a careful, transparent and timely delivery experience. This policy explains how we process, dispatch and ship your order within India and worldwide.

All our products are genuine Odisha handloom. Country of origin: India.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- In-stock orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of being placed.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation on your registered mobile number and email, followed by a dispatch update containing your tracking number (AWB).
- Orders carrying the optional Fall & Pico add-on are made to order. As this is a customisation, such orders take approximately one week (about 7 days) to dispatch, and the item is treated as a final-sale customisation (non-returnable and non-refundable). Please see our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy for details.
- You can track your shipment via the link sent by email or SMS, or at any time using our live order tracker at track.priyaodisha.com. As our courier partners may take up to 24 hours to update tracking progress, please check again after the first 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping (within India)
Your shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay, and are calculated as follows:
- FREE shipping on all India orders of Rs 2,001 and above.
- For orders below Rs 2,001, you may choose at checkout:
- Rs 99 – Delhivery Surface: estimated delivery in 5–7 days.
- Rs 199 – Blue Dart Express: estimated delivery in 2–4 days.
Our domestic courier partners are Blue Dart and Delhivery. As a general guide, India deliveries typically reach you within 3 to 8 days from dispatch, depending on your location and the service chosen.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide, subject to your country's customs clearance and the destination being serviceable by our courier partners. International shipping charges are shown and payable at checkout, and you may choose:
- Rs 1,899 – DTDC International: estimated delivery in 20–30 days.
- Rs 2,499 – DHL Express: estimated delivery in 7–15 days.
Our international courier partners are DHL Express and DTDC International.
Customs duties and import taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges levied by the destination country are payable by the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping charges. As the recipient, you are the importer of record for these charges.
Please note: International orders are final sale and non-returnable, except where a return is legally unavoidable for a genuine manufacturing defect. Full details are in our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Pricing & Tax Invoice
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order against our GSTIN 21AABFP5880E1ZI.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN/ZIP code and a reachable phone number, to enable on-time delivery. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the recipient was unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, or (for international orders) customs duties were unpaid, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping will be charged at the applicable rate. For undeliverable international parcels, any customs duties or taxes already incurred are non-refundable.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Items in Transit
To help us resolve any transit issue quickly and fairly, we require a clear, continuous unboxing video for any claim of a damaged parcel, a lost shipment, or a missing item. Please report the issue, along with the unboxing video, to hello@priyaodisha.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised without an unboxing video, or after this window, may not be accepted. Genuine transit-damage and wrong-item claims are handled as set out in our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery Estimates & Delays
All delivery timelines stated above are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and are counted from the date of dispatch. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs holds, remote PIN/ZIP codes, weather, festival-season volumes or other force-majeure events. Where the agreed delivery schedule is not met for reasons within our control, your statutory remedies (including refund) under applicable law remain available.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Puri, Odisha. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
